A Gift from Prague

There is a lot to see in Prague. But what if you could discover the whole city in one place?
Step inside the Museum of Prague at Florenc and get to know the city before
you head back out into its streets. Travel through time in the immersive City in Time exhibition.

See Prague in extraordinary detail through the famous Langweil Model.
Discover its streets, buildings, people and stories — and understand how the city became the
Prague you see today. You don't need a whole day.

Come for an hour. Stay for longer. Discover Prague, take a break,
have a coffee — and leave knowing the city much better.

Think of it as your shortcut to Prague. And a gift from the city itself.

100% Prague. One place.

If you want to understand Prague, start here. The Museum of Prague tells the story
behind the city you see outside — its buildings, streets, people, everyday life and dramatic
transformations. It gives you something no walk through the city can:
the chance to see Prague across centuries, all at once.

One city. Hundreds of years. One museum.

One hour can change how you see Prague.

City in Time

This is not a museum where you simply walk from one display case to another.
In the immersive City in Time exhibition, Prague comes alive around you.
Large-scale Full HD projections, sound, images and interactive elements take you through the
changing city. Watch Prague grow and transform, discover what disappeared and see familiar
places from completely new perspectives.
The city you have been walking through suddenly starts to make sense.

You don't just learn about Prague. You experience it.

See the Prague that disappeared.

Langweil's Model of Prague

Antonín Langweil captured 19th-century Prague in an extraordinary handmade paper
model — including streets, courtyards, gardens and thousands of building
in astonishing detail. It preserves parts of Prague that no longer exist and gives
you a unique view of the city before many of its historic transformations.
Walk around it. Look closely. Find places you recognise.

You don't just learn about Prague. You experience it.
